Join us live on Sunday, March 17th at 3pm IST for:
Owning your authenticity, rooting into your inherent enoughness and worthiness.
Do you find yourself constantly prioritizing others' needs over your own, struggling to say no, and feeling guilty when focusing on your desires?
If so, you may be experiencing patterns of people-pleasing, fear of rejection, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, rescue behavior, or guilt.
Join us for a transformative workshop on Embodied Compassion, where we’ll explore the root causes of these patterns and empower you to break free from their grip, allowing you to live authentically and in your truest potential.
This workshop is tailored to help you:
- Learn how to give yourself the gift of being without wondering about other people’s opinion.
- Shed old, constraining beliefs to make space for what you want more of into your life
- Root into your worthiness. Letting go of the need for unhealthy perfection, and instead leading growth with love.
- Feeling confident and safe in expressing your truth.
- Asserting your boundaries by owning the word “NO” to safeguard your peace and energy.
What People Have to Say:
Many of us are taught to seek validation externally, to look outside of ourselves for answers, often relying on others’ opinions to guide our choices and actions.
One of the most draining experiences is continually associating our sense of worthiness to external opinions, achievements and benchmarks, whether they be others’ perceptions or standards of perfection.
Consequently, we lose sight of ourselves—our likes, desires, and essence.
Brené Brown aptly captured this struggle:
“One of the most painfully inauthentic ways we show up in our lives sometimes is saying ‘yes’ when we mean ‘no,’ and saying ‘no’ when we mean ‘hell yes.’ I spent a lot of my life saying yes all the time and then being pissed off and resentful.”
It’s a cycle of constant giving, of exhausting all our time, energy, and love for others while neglecting our own needs. The consequences are profound:
-
First stress and burnout take over.
-
Next, resentment and bitterness creeps in
-
And then we lose our sense of self as our needs and inner longings have been ignored or pushed aside for too long.
This is when we feel empty, and lost and scattered.
Let’s learn to slide into the awesome human that we are and remind ourselves its safe to BE.
In this workshop, we will share space to shed this good girl syndrome and everything that it has brought to us: loss of self, unhealthy perfectionism, constant never enough feeling, and reflexive people pleasing.

I am Megha Baid
I am a Hypnotist, Healer, and Coach. I am trained in a groundbreaking technique called RTT created by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer, which is technically described as hypnotherapy on steroids. I have been obsessed with learning tools and techniques such as Reiki, Pranic Healing, and other healing modalities. These further empower me and my clients to let go of what is not required anymore to reveal the miraculous self that we truly are.
Having worked with people from all over the world, I am deeply grateful for the testimonials I have received:
“I feel better able to cope with life’s many ups and downs”- Rikki R.
“I feel more confident, capable, stronger, and more resilient”- Sammy G.
“She helped me to turn fear into excitement.” – Anonymous
“Before the session, I was struggling with financial blockages. I felt stuck, miserable, and constantly worried. With Megha’s help, I could identify what was wrong and she transformed my old beliefs into new, beautiful ones! I do not worry about my finances anymore”- Sabina
“I can’t recommend her enough”- Mansi A.
